Description of a crime

I´m a witness to a murder. The murder was at two o´clock at night, Iwas in the park. I was walking my dog, when I saw a person with a knife in her hand and other person dead in the street. When the criminal saw me, he ran away.

He was wearing black trousers and a black jacket.
